Exercise Snacks Athletics Club is the community and in person focused arm of Exercise Snacks by Joe Holder. Powered and supported by partners such as Nike, Hyperice, and more, we seek to help people discover new forms of movement and exercise so they can continue their own wellness practices even when by themselves.

Based upon the premise, “What if gym class was fun?” These sessions are for all skill levels, and we have had over 1,000 people show up and move with us to date.
