"Night Time Recovery Stretch" - 10 Minute Relaxing Stretch

 

Bedtime recovery stretch to get those joints and muscles greased, groove, and loose as we also get our cortisol levels in check so we go to bed relaxed. A ~10 minute stretch routine that is good for any time of day but suggest before bed as an opportunity to realign ourselves and relax after a long day.
