I’ve developed “hood aerobics” for Exercise Snacks ™️— 20 minutes of continued and varied movement where we get the benefits of cardio with none of the boredom
The heart is the hardest working muscle in the body. The more we can do activities, such as this class, that help keep our heart healthy the better off we will be.
We go through 5 minutes of stretching/mobility then 15 minutes of dynamic constant movement to get the heart rate up. Soundtrack on this video is one of my faves. Hope you enjoy!
